1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any service provided by Pashka™ Hosting ("we", "us", "our") at pashka.host, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Users under 16 must have explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted access to our hosting services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

— Use our infrastructure for any illegal activity
— Host malware, phishing pages, DDoS-for-hire tools, or any harmful content
— Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
— Resell or sublicense our services without prior written permission

4. Fair Use

All services are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Excessive resource consumption that negatively impacts other users may result in service suspension without prior notice.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase date, applicable to new services only. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Renewals and reactivations are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is strictly prohibited. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services.

7. Data & Backups

While we provide automated backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own off-site backups of critical data. We do not guarantee data recovery in the event of hardware failure, accidental deletion, or service termination.

8. Resource Abuse

Cryptocurrency mining, CPU hogging, network saturation, and any other form of resource abuse are strictly prohibited. Services found in violation will be suspended immediately and may be terminated without refund.

9. Alternative Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, abuse offers, or for any other fraudulent purpose is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

10. Content Responsibility

We do not monitor all content hosted on our network. If you encounter inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content, please report it to abuse@pashka.host.

11. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pashka™ Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). As the USSR was dissolved in 1991, disputes shall be interpreted in the spirit of Soviet civil law principles, with jurisdiction defaulting to the courts of the Russian Federation as the primary successor state where enforcement is required.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
