Fair Use Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Our infrastructure is shared across all customers. This policy exists to ensure a fair and stable experience for everyone. Sustained misuse of resources negatively impacts other users and may result in service action.
CPU Usage
CPU resources are shared across all services on our network. Sustained high CPU usage — such as consistently running at 99% for periods exceeding 4 hours — is not permitted. Occasional spikes are expected and tolerated. Continuous maximum utilisation is not.
Swap & Disk Usage
Disk is a shared resource. Adding excessive amounts of swap — such as 16GB, 32GB, 100GB or more — places an undue burden on the underlying storage infrastructure and is prohibited. Swap should be used sparingly and proportionally to your plan's allocated resources.
Network Usage
While our plans include unlimited bandwidth, this does not permit sustained maximum-speed usage around the clock. Continuously saturating your connection at full speed for 8 hours degrades the experience for all users on the shared network. Reasonable and proportional usage is expected at all times.
Enforcement
Services found to be in violation of this policy will receive a warning in the first instance. If violations persist after multiple warnings, we reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate the service without refund. We aim to work with customers to resolve issues before taking any action.
